I'm Marcellis McCray

I’m a NASM and ISSA certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping people live longer, healthier lives. Born and raised in Cincinnati and a graduate of Morehouse College, I spent over 17 years in mental health and community support, connecting individuals with the tools they needed to succeed. Today, I bring that same commitment to helping clients take ownership of their health mentally and physically

I specialize in weight management and strength training education for beginners, moms, and individuals with neurodivergence. I teach proper form, smart exercise selection, and habit-building strategies that foster real accountability. My goal is for you to confidently create safe, effective workouts anywhere  at home, in the gym, or on the road.
