Step 1: consultation
Schedule a Consultation: Review the onboarding steps, then use the calendar below to book a time. You’ll be contacted by phone or email to confirm the details.
Initial Consultation: Meet by phone or in person to discuss your goals, lifestyle, training history, and any questions you have.
Orientation Session: Complete a short orientation covering key movement principles and a sample workout tailored to your goals and ability level.
Step 2: choose a plan
Choose a Subscription: After completing your consultation and orientation, select the subscription and payment plan that works best for you.

Step 3: scheduling
- Schedule Your Sessions: Use the same calendar system to book your weekly training sessions based on your agreed-upon frequency.

FITNESS PLANS
Below are your options to begin your journey to better movement!
Please only select and purchase one of these plans if we have had a consultation!
IndividuaL Personal Training
You’ll train one-on-one with me, either in your home or at a local gym. We’ll meet for up to two 1-hour sessions each week, and I’ll create a personalized workout plan updated monthly, along with bi-weekly meal plans to keep you supported and steadily progressing toward your goal.
Renewals are due on the 1st of each month. Services are billed on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.
group training
You’ll follow your own curated fitness plan while training in an inclusive, supportive gym community. This option includes up to five 1-hour sessions per week, plus individualized fitness programming and monthly meal planning to keep you focused and making steady progress.
Sessions take place at HossFit:

Renewals are due on the 1st of each month. Services are billed on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.
remote/online training
Work out on your own at home or at a gym of your choice. Ideal if you’re out of state or can’t make it to Cincinnati. I’ll send you a monthly updated workout plan and bi-weekly meal plans to keep you on

Policies & Guidelines
Training Locations
- 1:1 Coaching: Your home gym or a local gym (location confirmed during onboarding).
- Group Fitness Coaching:

Eligibility & Safety
- Clients must be at least 16 years old (with parental consent).
- A completed PAR-Q health questionnaire is required prior to the first session.
- Clients recovering from surgery must provide medical clearance and written consent from their physician before participating.
Start & Scheduling
- Services must begin within 30 days of sign-up unless otherwise approved.
- Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Canceled sessions may be rescheduled within 60 days of the original session date.
Missed Sessions
- Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice are considered a no-show.
- No-show sessions may be rescheduled within the same calendar month they were missed and do not roll over beyond that period.
Late arrivals
- Sessions will end at the time scheduled unless otherwise specified.
No-show definition
- Defined as not calling, not showing up to the scheduled session. There are no refunds for no-show occurrences.
Refund policy
- If at any point either party feels the training relationship is incompatible and unable to complete the subscription, I will prorate the remaining time as a refund.
Pauses/holds
- Members may pause their memberships per illness or emergencies. Members are expected to continue their fitness journeys while traveling. Whether they are walking or utilizing hotel gyms, I expect clients to continue their healthy movement patterns.
Trainer late & cancellation policy
- If I am late, I will honor our allotted time unless otherwise discussed.
- If I need to cancel our session per illness, emergencies or vacation. I will offer as much notice as possible via text or phone, 24 hour notice minimum. I will reschedule our session for as soon as possible within the month.
Billing & Renewals
- Subscription renewals are due on the 1st of each month.
- Services are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified.
Additional Notes
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, ending at the originally scheduled time.
- All training is performed at the client’s own risk and is subject to the terms of the liability waiver signed prior to participation.
Liability & assumption of risk
- Participation in fitness training and physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, dizziness, or more serious injury. By enrolling in and participating in any training, coaching, or fitness services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation and any associated risks.
- You affirm that you are physically capable of participating in exercise and have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to beginning services. You agree to follow all coaching instructions and understand that results may vary based on individual effort, consistency, and health factors.
